meet chloe crate

Hi, I’m Chloe!

Homeschool mom of three, professional chaos navigator, and founder of The Crate Edit. I started this journey because I couldn’t find secular, flexible resources that actually worked for my neurodivergent family. Everything felt either too rigid, too overwhelming, or just not made for real-life learning. So I decided to build what I wish I’d had: a space where learning meets curiosity, compassion, and a healthy dose of “we’re doing our best.”

WHy i built this

I believe every child learns differently…and that’s not a problem, it’s the point.
Learning shouldn’t feel like a grind; it should feel like figuring out what lights your kid up and running with it. Our job isn’t to mold kids into something. It’s to meet them where they are and help them grow into confident, curious humans.

flexible by design

Flexibility is at the heart of everything we do, because no two families look the same—and that’s a beautiful thing.
As a neurodivergent mom raising neurodivergent kids, I know firsthand how important it is to have tools that work for your brain and your life. That’s why I make resources that can bend, stretch, and actually support how real families learn.

behind the scenes

When I’m not creating curriculum or wrangling tiny humans, you’ll find me crocheting, painting, cuddling cats, experimenting in the kitchen, or watching true crime and garbage reality TV with zero shame.

Whether you’re brand new to homeschooling or years into it, I’m so glad you found your way here.

Welcome to the community!

Let’s make it work your way, whatever way that is!
