Planning when every part of life needs attention at once

Ever had a season where it feels like everything is happening all at once? Homeschool co-op starts, sports kick off, doctor appointments stack up, and somehow you also promised to bake cupcakes for your neighbor?

Last fall, I was in the thick of it. Instead of panicking, I split my planner into sections that matched my life that month: homeschool, home tasks, and personal sanity savers. Each got a little space, and nothing got lost in the shuffle.

You don’t need to treat every month the same. In my system, you can switch layouts, add or remove sections, and make it work for this season, not the imaginary “perfect” one. You can build your perfect planner over and over.

For busy seasons, I swear by these color tab dividers to make flipping between sections fast. They’re nice and thick and you can write and erase right on them so they're easy to change as you reorganize your planner. Total game changer.
